    Live Center Manual Moderation

May 19, 2014 : Take complete control over Social Engagement on your TweetWall with our newly designed Live Center.

Starting with Moderation, this Live Center will serve as the focal point of your TweetWall Pro session to allow you to efficiently manage your TweetWall settings in real time.

Divided in to four different Tabs, the Moderation Feature allows you to easily tailor your Tweet content to best meet your brand and event goals.

    To Moderate Tab

All content is reviewed here before releasing to your TweetWall.

You now have the following actions to choose from for your Tweets:

    • Accept - clicking on this button sends the message to the queue to display on the TweetWall
    • Reject - this rejects the message from your list. The message won't appear on the TweetWall. (But if you change your mind later just look in the Reject section in the Moderated Tab and you can Accept from there.)
    • Save for Later - does exactly that! You can find it in your Moderated Tab when you want it later.

And you can now Tag a category to better organize your content.

This is a great tool if you are planning for Q&A sessions or want to identify messages for your Community Manager to respond to.

    Moderated Tab

This section is where you can view all the messages/pictures you have Accepted, Rejected or Saved for Later, along with those you have designated to Tags.

You can then filter or search to find specific content.

Any "Saved for Later" messages or pictures can be presented at the click of a button and Accepted to send them to the TweetWall.

Messages or pictures that were tagged can be found by clicking on the name of the Tag - you can also click on the username to take you to their Twitter profile where you or your Community Manager can then Follow or respond.

    Curate Tab

Wish you could pull in one or more specific Tweets from Twitter?

Maybe a speaker has Tweeted previously about your event? Or you've found some really great message or pictures where users have forgotten to include the event #hashtag?

Well, now you can pull in ANY Tweets from Twitter to display on your TweetWall. All you need to do is find the Tweet, copy the URL and paste it into the search box. The Tweet will then show and give you the option to Accept, Reject or Save for Later. Easy!

    Settings Tab

This Tab gives the Moderator easy access to some of the more common settings.

Here you can quickly adjust your Automatic Filters or simply turn off Manual Moderation to allow content to automatically be relased to the TweetWall.

One last thing that we're sure you won't want to miss:

    Live Center Chat

Whether you're working with multiple moderators or just want to connect with your Tech team, our new Live Center Chat makes communicating a breeze!

With the ability to control your TweetWall content and the added functionality of connecting with your audience directly on Twitter at the touch of a button, your TweetWall experience will launch your event and brand to another level.

We hope you'll love the new Live Center as much as we do as the Moderation features are the first of many to come!
