  August 21, 2012 : David Wood organized a 3 days festival in his bar Campbeltown Scotland and ordered a TweetWall for the occasion. He says more about his experience.

   

  What was your event?
  

  Mull of Kintyre Music Festival 2012, Whisky Macs bar fringe event.

  What is your job?
  

  Manager of Whisky Macs

  What was the goal of the TweetWall?

  We installed the TweetWall so that guests could post pictures and Tweets to the TVs and projector throughout the bar. We had it on for the 3 days of the festival.

  How did the audience react?

  This is the most Tweets we have ever received. It was well received and was seen as a fun thing to interact with. The bands that were playing at the event all got involved and also it was good to announce who was playing.

  There were a good few funny Tweets, a lot of Twitpics as we held a competition for the best one. The Tweets were mostly from people that were attending the event.

  Why did you choose us?

  Because it looked and felt like a professional product. Was easy to setup and customise to fit in with the type of event we were running.

  Do you think TweetWalls might be usefull in your field?

  Yes it would, would love to run it every weekend if the price was low enough.

  What did you think of our service?

  Thank you for an amazing product, it was so much fun and everyone was commenting and interacting with it.
