- Why should I use Tweet Wall Pro ?
  - - TweetWall Pro will increase event/audience interaction.
    - Thanks to TweetWall Pro and the bourgeoning popularity of Twitter, your event will be effectively and virally promoted over the borderless world of the internet. People attending will generate #buzz through the use of hashtags, and subsequently spark interest and interaction with their followers, who will join the conversation virtually, if they're unable to attend. Who knows, they might even be encouraged to show up at your next event to find out what all the #buzz was about!
    - TweetWall Pro also allows your sponsors better publicity by increasing their visibility at your event. Their logo, their motto, or even their graphics can be displayed on the Twitter Wall along with all the tweets.
- How many people need to take part in an event to start #buzz with TweetWall Pro ?
  - - Twitter's popularity fluctuates from country to country, so this is a hard question to answer. During our test runs we've noticed that in small gatherings filled with enthusiastic individuals who are familiar with new technology, it takes up to 100 people to generate some good #buzz. On the other hand, during events where the audience is unfamiliar with new technology but where mobile data is relatively cheap, it's been proven that TweetWall Pro becomes effective with a crowd of about 500 individuals.
- Will using a Twitter Wall at my event distract people from the speaker/presentation ?
  - - This question has come a few times during the development and test runs of TweetWall Pro and we now feel that due to the customization options our Twitter Wall provides we can adequately control the level of impact TweetWall Pro will have on your audience.
    - Texts, layouts, and graphics can be made less impactful and distracting during a key moment of your event when you wish to capture the audiences undivided attention. And of course, you always have the option of simply turning off the Twitter Wall at any given moment, when you feel it is necessary.
Technical questions
- What do I need to begin using TweetWall Pro ?
  - - To use TweetWall Pro at your event you need: Internet access (cable, DSL, 3G), and one or more projectors/screens (or TV displays), each of which will need to be linked to a computer.
    - If you foresee the need for manual moderation, it is important that you have a separate computer or mobile phone, complete with a moderator that can operate it and follow the content in real time.
Setting up a new session
- How do I set up before the event takes place ?
  - - Your TweetWall Pro experience is fully customizable long before your event is set to start. We offer full configuration of display settings, the look and feel of your Twitter Wall, sponsor logos, and graphics (pictures and videos) that you may choose to broadcast live once your event is underway.
- Can I change the way tweets are displayed on the Twitter Wall ?
  - - You have the choice of customizing the display, layout, and feel of your Twitter Wall before or during your event. We offer a rapidly growing catalogue of interfaces, each of which allow you to highlight specific tweets or information as per your unique needs and specific taste. Define a hashtag or twitter user you wish to highlight, and those can be customized and changed as well.
- How do I avoid unwanted tweets from appearing on the screen during an event ?
  - - This is an important concern which we've put a lot of work into. The answer is our comprehensive moderation system, which allows you to ban specific tweets, tweets with specific keywords, or even specific users that are proving troublesome. Past this, you are given the option of only displaying tweets that have been allowed by a real-time moderator, working live during the event from a computer or mobile phone.
- How can I promote my sponsors on the Twitter Wall ?
  - - During your event, we give you the opportunity to display the logo's or graphic's of your sponsors on the Twitter Wall. You can choose the frequency and visibility of these, and how they will be displayed on the screen.
- What can I do if tweets aren't being displayed ?
  - - If you notice that tweets don't update correctly, Twitter is probably encountering some problems. Due to the high usage of Twitter, this does happen infrequently.
