The real selling point of TWP is the extensive list of features it offers. This is really important when dealing with clients; you must be able to adequately explain all of the features that make TWP unique.

    • Comprehensive Moderation System
      • Perhaps the most important of TWP’s features, the comprehensive moderation system is what really sets us apart from the competitors. It allows clients to filter the tweets that go up on the screen, giving them complete control of the content which gets shown at their event. Clients will be given the choice between automatic or live moderation. With automatic moderation, all the client has to do is specify their criteria, ie: create a list of banned words and/or banned users, before the event. Our live moderation system system filters tweets, as they are sent. All the client needs to do is designate a moderator who either allows or dis-allows tweets from reaching the screen, with a smart phone or a laptop computer.

    • Visualizations
      • Currently we’re offering six different styles of visualizations:µ

         

        1. BASIC - tweets appear one by one with a twitpic as the background
        2. WHEEL - the wheel turns and semi-randomly selects a tweet to display with a twitpic as the background. between tweets, the wheel returns as a transition.
        3. BATTLE - choose two topics/words and find out which one will prevail! the background picture is customizable, and this layout displays the tweets for each side, as well as a graphic of the proportion. tweets appear one by one
        4. HIGH 5 - displays five tweets on a black background. cycles through as new tweets appear. twitpics are shown in the top right corner.
        5. MAXI2MAXI - tweets appear one by one with avatars shown over a twitpic background. an animation handles the transitions.
        6. HTML - we offer this layout for clients who don’t use flash.


        Each one is different and offers a modified experience. Some clients may prefer a flashier visualization while others will want something that doesn’t stand out and won’t distract their audience. It is up to you to determine the client’s needs and help them choose the visualization perfect for their event.
    • Analytical Reports
      • This is one of the features that really pays dividends for clients. Not only do they get to experience the excitement and interactivity of hosting a “Twitter Wall” at their event, but TWP’s analytical reports give clients the opportunity to learn from and interact with their audience post-event.

        The report includes lists of:

        • how many tweets were sent.
        • how many different twitter accounts were used.
        • how many RT’s (retweets) there were.


        TWP also offers a twitter-list generator. Lists can be private or public, and are linked directly to the clients Twitter profile. This allows the client to keep in touch with their audience and it allows the audience to interact with the community. The best way to describe the analytical report to clients is to sell it as marketing research add-on that comes packaged with TWP.

    • Messages
      • With this feature, clients are able to display informational messages on TWP during their event. They can choose the length and frequency of the message displayed on the screen. The messages feature is most useful to periodically remind the audience of the official hashtag attributed to any particular event. The client can also make announcements specific to the event, interrupting the flow of tweets with some useful tid-bit or piece of information.

    • Highlight
      • The client can decide that some tweets, or tweets from particular users should be more visible than the rest. Using the highlight feature, this is easily done. Simply enter the user name or keyword that merit a “highlight” and those tweets will be displayed in a color/font/size of their choice.

    • Contest
      • Before the event, as the client is setting up their session, they can choose to implement TWP’s contest feature. It works like this: the client enters a secret keyword on the contest screen, and the first person to send a tweet containing that keyword would win a prize of the clients choosing. This is a fun little feature that adds a little twist and intrigue to the TWP experience.

    • Integrated Ads
      • TWP offers a unique new medium for event sponsors to display their brands/logos. This feature should be a huge selling point for all Resellers. Rather than simply placing their advertising strategically in the physical realm of the venue, event organizers will be able to entice sponsors with the option of displaying their ads on a “Twitter Wall”. It’s fully customizable; an event organizer can choose to rotate their sponsors periodically in between tweets or they can choose to leave a logo up on a part of the screen for the duration of the event. And it doesn’t stop at logos and brands, if a sponsor has a video or a visualization they wish to present, TWP does that too!
