    • What is a Reseller?
      • A reseller is someone who takes the original product and sells it to clients, unchanged. At TWP our Resellers independently promote and sell our product in their own cities.

    • What do I need to become a Reseller?
      • To become a Reseller you first need to contact us to state your intentions. After that we can send you some more information and if you’re still interested we’ll set you up with an account on our Resellers page where you can access our support information.

    • What kind of qualities is TWP looking for in a Reseller?
      • Our Resellers must be honest, enthusiastic, and driven. We are looking for self-starters who take the initiative and don’t wait for instructions. You must believe in our product, and be able to represent us well as ambassadors in your city/region.

    • I’ve signed on as a Reseller... where do I start?
      • Now it’s up to you! Use your personal network and social media to start promoting our product. Try scanning upcoming events in your community and contacting the event organizers. Familiarize yourself with the product and search out people who will find a use for it. Develop an eye for finding potential clients.

    • Do you provide any training? How would I and potential clients understand the concept?
      • No, we don’t provide any formal training, but here on the website you can find a comprehensive product overview to help you fully understand TWP. In addition to this you can watch our “training videos” which have been produced with the intent to address any questions or problems you might encounter a Reseller.

    • Who am I targeting as clientele?
      • Your main focus it to target event organizers or businesses hosting events. Especially events that are tech-savvy.

    • How do I explain the benefits of TWP to potential clients?
      • This questions is best answered in the Product Overview section. But in short the client benefits through the promotion of audience interaction and by the spontaneous creation of buzz for their event.

    • How do I ensure exclusivity as a Reseller in my region? Is there a contract?
      • As a TWP Reseller, you will be ensured exclusivity in your city/region through a contract between us. The contract will be very open and won’t bind you to anything if you choose to leave the position of Reseller. It will also contain a clause stipulating an undetermined length of time after which you could lose your territorial exclusivity if we’re unsatisfied with your services.

    • What makes TweetWall Pro different than Twitter?
      • TWP is a web-based platform that uses Twitter.com as a foundation. In no way are we competing with Twitter... rather, we’re harnessing the immense power of that social network with our product. It’s a symbiotic relationship

    • How is the commission system set up? How do I make money?
      • As a Reseller, you make a commission on each successfully brokered sale. The more sales you make, the more money you make.
