The Café Numérique, based at Mirano Continental in Brussels, is THE meeting of digital technology fans since its setting-up in October 2009.
Organized by Jacqueline KUZEE, it takes place each Wednesday evening with the presentation of a subject relevant to digital technologies. Everyone is welcome, whether to attend the presentation or just for a drink with other enthousiasts.
The Café Numérique makes use of the Twitter wall to get a better coverage, and it works! There are more and more people attending the meetings, due to the tweets with the hashtag #cafeN sent by people who are there. Those tweets are displayed on large screens, and at the same time, create a buzz on the Internet.
Now, few Belgians using Twitter ignore the existence of the Café Numérique.
